I find myself reflecting on evil today. Not because I am morose or anything, but sometimes evil just seeks you out. You know what I mean. There is always one person who just thrives on making people miserable, but it goes to an entirely new level when they seek to utterly destroy you. I think this type of evil has been orchestrated straight from the pit of Hell. The good news is that I can laugh at this evil. There is nothing that any man, woman or child can do to me to destroy me. That essential identity that God defines as making me….”me”.  Of course my body can be destroyed, but they can never destroy my soul. Jesus says in Isaiah 41:10

“Fear not, for I am with you;
be not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you,
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

This is truth and one that I cling to today. Walking in love and casting off fear. Amen.
